※¥35,000 per team (includes 3 players; 2 are alternate advisors)
※Re-entry: ¥7,000 per person
※Re-entries are limited to a total of 5 times per team (cutoff at late registration time)
① Regarding Team Play
“Soft play” within the team is permitted as long as proper etiquette is observed.
However, the following actions are prohibited:
・Communicating hand information during play
・Any other actions that significantly undermine the competitive nature of the game
Additional Notes:
All-in macs are allowed
Cheering is permitted (※Criticism, insults, or abusive language are not allowed)
Any other actions that significantly undermine the competitive nature of the game may
result in warnings or penalties.
(e.g., calling out hands)
We ask for your cooperation in maintaining proper etiquette and ensuring fair competition.
② Re-Entries
Maximum of 5 re-entries per team.
Re-entry registration deadline: 16:35
③ Member Substitutions
Substitutions during play are prohibited. Please complete substitutions after the current
hand ends and before the next hand is dealt.
④ Member Replacements
Member replacements are permitted due to unforeseen circumstances on the day.
You MUST declare this at the registration desk.
Registration
The team representative must register by 12:00. One representative registering is sufficient.
Check-in Time: Starts at 11:30 / Tournament Timer Start: 12:30
Please note: Reservations will be canceled if you arrive after 12:00.
You will receive a “Participation Sheet (for 3 players)” at check-in.
※ No refunds will be issued for members who do not participate by the late registration deadline
(may be transferred to re-entry).
